    Great quality

    The bunnies are very cute and great quality! The detail in them is gorgeous and they will look very sweet in the nursery. 5/5 for the bunnies themselves.

    However, the description is misleading. It does not come with the arm attachment (despite it being in the picture). And the description does not mention whether or not it is included. To get the arm I will now have to put through another order and pay for shipping twice which is upsetting.

    It would be helpful for buyers to mention in the description that this part is not included.

    We just wanted to kindly clarify that the product description states it is for the mobile only, and there’s no mention of an arm being included. There’s also an option right below the description to pair it with an arm if needed.
    The main product photos show only the mobile itself, and there is one styled image featuring the mobile hanging from an arm, with a cot and blanket, to help show how it can look in a nursery setting.

    That said, we completely understand how it could have been confusing, and thanks to feedback like yours, we’ve now added an extra menu note to make it even clearer that the listing is for the mobile only.
